With a PhD in Behavioural Economics and years of experience working in the startup sector, I decided to combine my expertise and interests to found debias – the first behavioural consulting platform focused specifically on startups and small business owners.
Behavioural consulting is often too expensive and not accessible for early-stage founders and small business owners. At debias, our mission is to change that. Our digital toolbox provides founders with affordable, easy-to-use tools to enhance their user journey, gain a deeper understanding of their target customer, and improve decision-making in simple, validated, and ethical ways.
We bridge the gap between behavioral science and practical business applications. We combine deep psychological research expertise with hands-on startup experience. Founded to make behavioral science accessible to founders and startups, we believe that understanding human psychology is the key to building products and companies that truly serve people.
